Casino - name of casino, supported by a choice list
Chip Type - Type of casino chip supported by a choice list
Casino Status - open or closed
Chip Mold - supported by a choice list
Chip Theme - supported by a choice list
City, State, Country - location of casino, supported by choice lists
Denomination - denomination of chip, supported by a choice list
Description - detailed description of the chip
Color - color, supported by a choice list
Year - date of issue
Material - material, supported by a choice list
Center - description of chip center
Rim - description of chip rim
Edge - description of chip edge
Code - code assigned to chip
Quantity - number of duplicate items
Unit Value - value of individual item
Lot Value - computed field equal to Quantity * Unit Value
Detailed Condition - detailed description of items condition
Inventory Code - alphanumeric inventory code assigned by the user
Location/Container - Where original exists, supported by a 2-level choice list. Can be used to record physical location and container. For example, Living Room -> Vacation Album or CD Storage->Photo Archive #3
Graded By - company/individual grading casino chips, supported by a choice list
ID # - number assigned by grader
Insured for - Amount for which item is insured
Seller, Purchase Date, Cost - information regarding acquisition of item
Buyer, Sale Date, Sold Amount - information regarding sale of item
Profit - computed field based on value - cost or value - sold amount
Sold - checkbox indicating that item has been sold
Note - attachment of rich text format document or simple text note with additional information of interest
Pictures - up to 20 pictures of this item may be attached and presented in a picture index, included on formatted reports, and viewed
Action List - a multi-level action list of 24 actions is available for each item
User defined information fields - The user may add additional additional text, numeric, date, and computed fields supported by choice lists. The total number of available additional fields is approximately 50. These may be placed on any of the tabbed folders. The user may also customize any of the standard fields provided above.
The contents of all choice lists are user modifiable. The user may set the choice lists to automatically add any new user entries and may directly edit the contents of the list. The following lists are preloaded by Carlisle Development

Casino - Casino names
Location - City, State, Country
Denomination - Chip denominations
Mold - Chip mold names
Themes - Chip themes
Condition - Casino chip conditions
Graded By - Grading companies
Location/Container - This 2-level choice list records places and containers in which casino chips are stored or located
Buyers & Sellers - This 1-level choice list contains a list of people/companies with whom you transact collectibles supported by contact information including mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and website.
